When you need a easy to put together, great tasting dinner, this is sure to be your new go to recipe. Toss it all together in the marinade before you head out the door. Then toss it in the oven when you get home.

Ingredients:

2 pounds of your preferred steak ( I used chuck steak) patted dry and cut in 1 inch cubes.
8 ounce baby bella fresh mushrooms cleaned and sliced.
1.5 pounds small baby dutch yellow potatoes, cleaned and cut in half.
1 of each green, yellow, and red bell pepper washed and sliced.

Marinade:

1 – package Good Seasons Italian Seasoning Dressing Mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup melted butter

Combine the melted butter with the oil, mix in with the dry Good Seasons Dressing mix and set aside. Prepare meat and veggies in large bowl, cover with the dressing, stirring to cover all thoroughly, let marinate covered in the refrigerator. When ready, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a 13 x 18 cookie sheet that has sides with heavy foil and spread the marinated mixture evenly, turning the cut side of the potato facing down on the sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
