A special Roads Town Hall program will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at Wayland City Hall, 102 S. Main St., Wayland.
Special guest will be State Rep. Jack O’Malley, chairman of the Transportation Committee of the Michigan State Legislature, a Republican who represents the 101st District, which includes Leelanau, Benzie, Manistee and Mason counties.
State Rep. Steve Johnson, sponsor of the program, said the session should be an opportunity for public discussion on funding roads in Michigan. Johnson represents the 72nd District, which includes Wayland City, the City of Kentwood and the townships of Gaines, Wayland, Leighton and Dorr.
