St. Therese School turns to Go Fund Me for new boiler

St. Therese Catholic School has taken to putting up a “Go Fund Me” page on the Internet to solicit financial support for a new boiler at the school. The page says, “We are a small Catholic Parish in Wayland and our school is in desperate need of a new heating and cooling system. Our current boiler is well over 60 years old and is an energy monster. It also breaks down often, requiring costly maintenance. We will begin this needed work this summer, however, the cost will wipe out a large majority of any savings for both the parish and the school. We are praying that we will receive your help to offset the cost of our project.”
