Michelle Heim Northrop posted on Facebook today, “Just so you Wayland people know… this is the drive/lot behind the City Hall, Baugh’s, Brushed On Main and Aqua In Vino (the owner of Aqua In Vino owns it). It’s no longer leased by the city, so the owner closed it off. Just so you’re aware and don’t try to drive through it any more.” The City Council Monday night decided to no longer plow snow at the lot because it’s private property.
