Tally Laarman is serving as the academic year 2023-2024 Hopkins High School FFA chapter president.

Currently a senior at Hopkins High School, she has been in FFA since seventh grade and has shown raised, sold and shown lambs for eight years.

Laarman said, “I enjoy spending my free time in the barn working with lambs or out horseback riding. I love FFA because it provides you with so many opportunities you wouldn’t have otherwise. It also teaches so many life skills.”

Her FFA community service projects include Youth Group mission trips, two-year member of junior high Conduct of Meetings team, chapter secretary.

Her career goal is equine dentristy.
