The Muck Starts Here: The expanded complaint department

by Barry Hastings

I’ve long held an opinion the Donald wMuckrakerould soon put this foot down his throat with an off-the-cuff remark. On the iast day of March (it went out with a whimper), he admitted he’d “mis-spoken” in his call for punishment of women who have abortions.

April came in with a real tempest, generated by women on all sides of all social issues, as they set up a howl of disapproval. A recent poll indicates only a 19% favorable opinion among women of the fool and his policy. He didn’t mis-speak, he mal-spoke, as he often does, and against the largest portion of the nation’s voters. Everything that is (or should be) offensive to women flows (copiously) from the unfettered filthy mouth of the coarse leading candidate of the GOP.

Cops ‘n black Americans

Trump’s also wrong about police, as well, complaining they’re being “singled out” for attention over beating up, tasing, or shooting black people in general, and young, unarmed black kids, in particular. Cops are the ones we’re supposed to trust for fairness and reason. Too often, across the nation, “it ain’t necessarily so.” Many of the off-duty cops we’ve seen providing “security” at Trump rallies, have only provided security for his violence-prone supporters to beat the whey out of black and white protesters. In many instances he’s encouraged his idiot minions, shouting, “I’d like to sock ’em in the mouth!” or, more directly, and clearly, “Sock ’em in the mouth!”

Cops themselves like to blame disorderly crowds or individuals “who became a threat to my life,” or “tried to take my weapon.” I’d bet many, even most of black young men, are shot for being mouthy, or mouthy and black. Cops should be busily cleaning out, and cleaning up their own house and ranks. When cops get rid of the bad cops, they’ll have better communications and relationships with citizens of all classes, particularly those who need their help desperately, but (with much reason) just don’t (can’t) trust cops.

Annually far more unarmed black youth are killed by police (beaten to death, tased or shot), than police by armed young blacks. It seems as though some blacks are starting to shoot back. Cold blooded killers pop up through every strata of society, so we know there are a good many throughout police department ranks across America. Some are drawn to the uniform to do good service, others have darker ideas. You might say the better-type police officer would have a ‘”self-preservation” interest in getting rid of their bad apples, and rebuilding relationships with citizens. Some men are “made” by the uniform they wear; but some are made martinets, bullies or worse.

Iran: aching for a breaking

Wow! On March 3, that crazy Ayatollah as good as called his (just now) former PM a traitor for signing the nuclear agreement that kept the country from being wasted, in the parlance of our soldiers, ca. 1968. The silly old bastard also defended Iran’s right to test long-range missiles for delivery of the nuclear warheads they’re almost certainly still trying to build. A couple of these things, armed, would absolutely destroy Israel. They could also reach our East Coast cities.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, our government is building four new bomb factories. I’d bet at least one of them is being committed to deep-penetrating monster bombs, designed to spear deeply into the earth, perhaps with “clean” nuclear warheads, and explode with a BOOM large enough to register in seismology labs around the globe.Larry Hamp

For far more than two years several squadrons of the Israeli air force have been training for a “once and for all” air assault on Iran’s nuclear weapons establishment and infrastructure. Don’t be surprised if they act first, or soon.

I can’t close this bit of cheer before writing I believe we should force Iran’s compliance to the point of military action and attack on their nuclear facilities and scientists (we’re already suspected, and probably guilty, of murdering at least one scientist). Don’t get into a long-winded discussion with them — either they shape up, or pay the price.

I don’t expect Israel’s PM Netanyahu to put up with these missiles and testing for long (without himself ‘exploding’ into action).

The runt who rules North Korea

Well, it really is time we think about (look into) dealing with bad (untrustworthy) attitudes and mass-casualty weapons. The odd little fellow who rules North Korea (looks, sounds, and acts like a comic-book character) is another Twerp, but dangerously unstable. He also has rockets that can reach our West Coast (but probably not the large warheads he’d want to do so), and he can (we’re pretty certain) reach many of our Asian friends, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, maybe Australia and New Zealand, with smaller nuclear warheads at present.

If we don’t get rid of him, he’ll go into a sulk one of these days, whining about how people “don’t understand” him, or “mock” him. He’s a legitimate crackpot. Needs to be institutionalized, but won’t be. His disappearance (with his whole apparatus) would not be mourned, by anyone.

There are far too many objectionable people in possession of the sun’s power, who are busily seeking a reason to use it. They should learn, and soon, the danger of playing with fire. If one learns, the others may wise up. I doubt it, though. We should always try to play such acts a cleanly as possible. Being rid of the Ayatollah, and the little nut-job, would take a load off shoulders around the globe. We owe all this nuke headache to the peace-loving government of Pakistan, and their laxness in letting Mr. Kahn spread nuclear knowledge to most of the “dirty” players in the game. He should be shot, and so should they.

Target: America and Americans

Make no mistake about it, Americans are targets. One of these bombs has to be very close to obliterate a body past the point of being identifiable for three or four days, purposely placed near you. Some American victims in Brussels were not identifiable, but by scattered pieces needing major lab work, for several days. Right now, we’re targets abroad (almost anywhere we might want to go). Right here, planning is under way for attacks on us, here. The people who will carry out attack plans, most likely, are already here, and hiding in plain sight, as in Paris and Brussels. You can bet some heavy-duty profiling is occurring as I write, and you read.

The fact photos and sketches of the Belgian Prime Minister’s office were found abandoned in a dumpster by the Brussels attackers, wouldn’t do much but make me believe it’s an attempt at mis-direction. I’d guess neither French or Belgian police agencies are unwilling to “put a hurt” on suspects, from the quickness with which they’ve obtained information from those captured. I regret the necessity.

Let’s hope they can get together, work up a plan for co-operation before something ugly (nuke-plant, dirty-bomb, another large-scale attack) occurs.

The GOP’s sequestration of funding has left our military in very tough straights, and everyone should be wondering about the care those who did it have for the nation. The only people here who are happy about it are those most likely to be in trouble should martial law be declared in an emergency. I guess I’ve said, or written, a thousand times, there is no feeling worse than needing a good military, and having none.
