There is a difference of opinions on the proper strength of this tea, but the following proportions should make enough for 16 – 3/4 cup servings.
Pour 3 quarts of boiling water over 3 tablespoons (4 tea bags) of tea leaves.
3 – 2 inch sticks of cinnamon
About 1 1/2 teaspoons of whole cloves
Let steep for 5 minutes, strain and add
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup orange juice
Serve hot or cold! Enjoy!
