Ingredients:

1 – 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey

Around 3 cups frozen vegetables of choice

3 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup milk

1 1/3 cup chicken broth

1/3 cup flour

Seasoning of choice

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium high heat fry the turkey burger until crispy brown, add the veggies and seasoning, warming everything throughout. Push the ingredients to the side of the skillet, removing from the heat.

Add 3 tablespoons butter to the outside of the freed up hot pan melting to a liquid, blend in the flour with a fork until smooth. Add the chicken broth and milk, return to medium high heat stirring continuously until thickened and heated through. Serve with rice, baked potatoes, or dinner rolls.

You can also change this up easily using hamburger and beef broth. Enjoy!
