Blueberry Buckle
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oleo
2 cups fruit
Cream sugar and oleo, add eggs. Stir in the dry ingredients than fold in the fruit. The batter is thicker than a cake’s, so spoon and spread into a 9-inch square baking pan. I doubled the recipe and used a greased 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with the topping that’s listed below and bake for 45 to 50 minutes when a toothpick will come out clean.

1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 c oleo
