Area motorists this morning have been reporting traffic backups on the U.S.-131 expressway as a result of an accident. Some were puzzled because there did’t appear to be any hazardous road conditions, but traffic had to be rerouted between the Dorr and 100th Street exits and from 144th north on Division.
