Veyda Conley breaks another Martin record

Martin sophomore distance running star Veyda Conley Friday broke the school record in the 1600-meter run during the Kent City Invitational. The Martin track team competed with 19 teams. Conley ran 5:28.18, and the record was previously held by Sandy Mena who ran it in 5:29.20 in 2004. Conley also holds the school record for best time in 5,000 meters for cross country.
