The Hopkins boys’ varsity basketball team cruised past Belding Friday night, 83-31, in an O-K Silver Conference matchup.

The win improved the Vikings’ league record to 3-4 and they are now 8-5 overall.

Senior Mason Schaendorf led all scorers with 16 points, Josh Sapp scored 13 and Hunter Lewellyn added 11.

The Vikings will play next at Godwin Heights Friday, Feb. 9.
