The Hopkins boys’ varsity soccer team opened its season with a 3-0 victory over Kenowa Hills Saturday.

Hunter Lahaie scored two goals and Brad Lowery added the other.

Jesse Dykstra, Elliot Fair and Joe Bala each came up with one assist. Austin Harnish recorded seven saves in posting the shutout.
