sity basketball team registered its second victory of the season Tuesday night with a 47-37 verdict at NorthPointe Christian.
The Vikings, who have been showing improvement as the season progresses, now are 2-9 overall and 1-2 in the O-K Silver Conference.
Hopkins led 10-7 after the end of the first eight minutes and managed to stay ahead most of the rest of the way. The lead at the other period stops were 22-19 and 37-25.
Ellen Bregg had a big night for the Vikings, scoring 15 points. Kelsey Morgan dropped in 20 for the Mustangs.
