The Hopkins varsity golf team was the host school Wednesday afternoon in finishing third in the latest O-K Silver jamboree at The Lynx in Otsego.

Senior Zach Smith led the Vikings with a 45 over the nine-hole competition.
Some highlights from the match were when two linksters from NorthPointe Christian both shot a three-over par 39. The other match leader was another Mustang with a 40.

NorthPointe ran away with the meet, finishing with a 164, 52 strokes better than runner-up Calvin Christian. Hopkins was a stroke back in third and Kelloggsville was fourth with a 247.
