The Hopkins High School varsity football team concluded its season Friday night with a 4-5 overall record.

The Vikings lost 34-14 to undefeated Kelloggsville and it was noted that all five of their losses this year were to teams now in the post-season playoffs, including Newaygo, Wyoming Godwin Heights, Belding and Northpointe Christian. They lost by only one point, 21-20, to Belding.
