Allegan County Sheriff’s Deputy Vonda Evers of Martin has announced her retirement Sept. 14 after serving for more than 25 years.
Evers spent her law enforcement career working in the road patrol division and she was a field training officer for many new hires and many years. She also served on the Sheriff’s Office Dive Team, was an EMT and a firefighter.
Vonda was also a firefighter and EMT. A true public servant.
