Wayland BP gas station’s previous owners, Tom and Pam Damveld, and MaryJo Damveld (spouse of the recently deceased Mike Damveld) have retired after many years. The business was acquired last Friday by Jeff and Susan Wiegers of Moline. Jeff comes with more than 30 years in the auto business, and has been with Wayland BP the past five years. He says “I take pride as a manager and small business owner, and I ensure to offer excellent service in the local community where I work and live.
