Wayland High School student Jonah Thompson (pictured) took first place in Automotive Electronics in the ACATEC Auto and Diesel/Heavy equipment regional SkillsUSA competition February 16 at Jackson Community College. Hopkins High School student Nic Clevenger placed second for Brakes at the ACATEC competition. Both will move on to compete in the SkillsUSA state competition in April.
