Virgil Gleason, a member of the Wayland Planning Commission and former co-owner of the Vibrant Grains Bakery and Restaurant, plans to launch his new invention, “Virgil’s Blends,” this June.

“I have set up a Facebook page, ‘Virgil’s Blends,’ and I hope you find enough value in my project to like my page, and share it,” he posted today to friends. “I also hope you will review my launch in June and gain a more complete understanding of my mission before you determine its value.

“I look forward to sharing my products and core values.”

Virgil’s Blends is Organic Botanicals for skin care, and will launch with 12 to 15 products for, healing, replenishing and nuturing skin of all ages.

“My research started in the ‘80s after a construction accident, and intensified in 2007,” Gleason said, “with a focus on U.S., European and Chinese approaches to healing with Organic Botanicals.”

He said he currently is working on branding, and will share more as soon as copy ready art is available.
