Wayland’s four corners downtown was host for not one, but two local festivals. The Women of Wayland (WOW) put together a “Ladies Night Out” celebration Friday evening. And less than 24 hours afterward came the Oktoberfest at Open Road Brewery, sponsored by the Knight of Columbus for handicapped children’s charities.
