Ashton Lake of Wayland earned two first places among 45 competitors Saturday in regionals, taking first in bench and in dead lift powerlifting. He now moves on to nationals in Louisiana.

Wow! Great accomplishment. I wonder what wt. class, and how much did he lift in his three lifts? I wish him continued success.
