The Wayland Union Schools Transportation Department received brand new buses to join the fleet this morning. “These state-of-the-art vehicles will ensure a smooth and safe ride for both our students and bus drivers,” said Director of Finance and Operations Leslie Wagner. A huge thank you goes to the Gun Lake Tribe for continued support through the Revenue Sharing Fund. Their generosity toward WUS is what makes upgrades like these possible.” Replaced will be the two oldest buses in the fleet and they will be put up for auction.
