A well deserved award. Last Saturday our 10 year old cars original battery finally died. The wife and I went to Wayland Chrysler to get a new one. Kelvin Lapham was at the service counter and told us the battery we needed was out of stock as they had just sold the last one a few days earlier and it would sometime in the next week before they got more in. Well our car would not start with out a jump so that would be quite an inconvenience. So what did Kelvin do? He said he had a used battery that would work well enough to take us until the new one came in. While the wife and I walked across the road for coffee at the Auction House Café, Kelvin pulled our car inside and installed that battery. When he finished he delivered it to us at the Café and said see you next week. That, friends, is service above the normal. He is truly an asset to the Wayland community.
Kelvin has always amazed me with his knowledge of dodge vehicles. I have had several Dodge trucks and Kelvin along with Wayland Chrysler is the biggest reason for that. Kelvin remembers the things I have fixed on my trucks better than I do. Wayland is lucky to have him. Congratulations Kelvin, well deserved.
