There was a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth Wednesday night and Thursday morning in West Michigan, as a winter snowstorm intruded itself into the recent nice spring weather. Actually, only a little more than an inch of the white stuff fell, but it was slick enough to cause a car-truck traffic accident near Starr Lawn & Garden on 10th Street north of Wayland. Some observers insisted Michigan experienced all four seasons during the week, which included a 70-degree day. This frustrated motorists may have said it all with car window graffiti.
