The fourth week of the “Funtastic” summer free lunch series will be observed Monday through Friday, June 29 through July 3.

There will be only one special program this coming week because of its proximity to the holiday, Saturday, July 4. The program will be prize bingo at Steeby Elementary School at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, followed by lunch between 11 and 11:30 a.m.

During the remainder of the week, free lunches will be available from 11:30 to noon to all local kids under 18 years of age at the United Church of Wayland, 411 E. Superior St.

Free lunches also will be available from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the Saw Mill Estates on Reno Drive.

The Wayland Union Schools and Chartwells are combining efforts with local sponsors to offer the free lunches over the summer in the Wayland school district
