It was indeed a wet and wild weekend, as lot of rain, gusty winds, snow. ice and sleet visited West Michigan in the middle of April. An unusual sight was the city snow removal vehicle moving up and down Main Street Sunday afternoon and somebody on Facebook said all of the more than 300 churches in Allegan County were shutdown because the roads were so bad. Some were wondering if the misery would be enough to close schools Monday. This photo was taken by former Wheeler Library aide Denise Dykstra in Martin.
