Does Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel hold the winning cards in the international game of politics? The riots and crimes committed in the U.S. in the name of supporting “Palestine” are hurting the progressive movement among the public, more importantly the registered voters. Will history repeat itself once again? Will 1968 and a landslide conservative victory at the presidential level result? Probably not, but it will not help the current president.
Will the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) invade Rafah now, or closer to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago? If the Israelis attack the Hamas Army and their 10,000 plus soldiers in Rafah, the progressives will forget much of their anger before the Aug. 19-22 convention; hold off until it is closer, and riots and mayhem will result in Chicago at the Democratic National Convention.
What price will the progressive party pay to see Israel attack or not on a timetable best for them? Will the Socialist Party controlling our government give away the farm to not attack at all, or attack sooner rather than later so that the radicals will forget their anger before the August convention?
Will we see a 1968 repeat at the Democratic convention in Chicago? Professional protest groups are meeting to coordinate what they will do at the Democratic convention. Old farts from the 1960-1970s are reliving the glory days of their youth and organizing the protest class of today to become relevant. Hamas, Iran and China are helping with funding and social media support to disrupt our nation, making the protesters useful allies. Indeed, Iran has offered to provide free college tuition for any protester who has been expelled from an American institution of higher education.
A reasonable and prudent person may ask how many LBGTQ++ folks will take them up on the offer, as radical Islamic groups like ISIS hanged, beheaded and tossed folks like them off multi-story buildings. Can we say tolerance?
Will the media cover a riot in Chicago as they did in the 1968 riots? The progressives have hired Hollywood director Steven Spielberg to direct the DNC convention, hoping the spectacles will divert a willing media’s eye away from the politically incorrect news, giving them a reason to cover up the violence and celebrate the grandeur of a slick Hollywood production.
With a willing media, it may work, however the alternative media, the conservative media and the TikTok types will cover the “Genocide Joe has got to go, From the River to the Sea” violence in full.
Jews have been the low hanging fruit of history, vilified and persecuted for hundreds of years. Jews today, Protestants or Catholics tomorrow? Jews today, you tomorrow, Jews today, African Americans tomorrow? Women tomorrow? Gay folks or two parent families? Who knows what the politically correct progressives will go after next?
If we allow the persecution of one of our smallest minority groups, we must ask can we or will we protect the others?
It is interesting that the Jan. 6 conservative protesters were reportedly “armed,” no firearms or knives, bats or weapons were found. But the anti-Israel protesters with chemical sprays, shields with spikes sticking out, 2x4s, and rocks and bottles are not called armed.
The foundation was set by our colleges and universities for the hate of politically incorrect minority groups when they were told by the Supreme Court that they cannot discriminate against Asians in admissions and scholarships. What did they do? They found a work around so they can discriminate against a minority group they feel is too privileged and works to hard and is too academically successful.
We need to ask, how did Asians (7.2% of our nation) become a majority group? After it was blessed by the politically correct gods to discriminate against one group, Asians, it is easy to add Jews into the equation of hate.
The politically correct progressives will say that they do not hate Jews, they hate Zionists, much like stone-cold bigots saying we do not hate African Americans, we hate Ni*gers. Politically correct bigotry is still bigotry. My opinion.
