The Wayland High School choir program attended State Solo and Ensemble this past Saturday, April 20, at Allendale High School.
Both Honors and Select Choirs did well. Select Choir received a rating of a one, and Honors Choir received a rating of a high two, only two points away from a one.
Ten soloists attended this event and nine soloists received one ratings.
A spokesperson for the choral program said, “Every student worked very hard on their own and as a group. This event takes countless hours of preparation and individual work. We could not be prouder.”
