The Wayland High School Class of 1964 had a pretty good turnout of 28 members Sunday for its 60th class reunion at the Wayland Hotel. In days gone by, it was a big deal when a class would gather for a 50th reunion, but apparently more people are living longer these days and there seems to be more than a few people willing to get together. However Class of ’64 alum Gary Henningson remarked that the Allegan High School Class of 1954 earlier this year put together its 70th reunion.
