WHS equestrian team qualifies for ‘C’ regionals

The Wayland High School equestrian team competed in its last meet of the season Saturday and team finished as District 19 Division C champions with a combined total of 186 points. The team now moves onto the regional competition this weekend in Berrien Springs to compete with the eight best teams in the region for a chance to qualify for the state championships. Neighboring Hopkins also will be in Berrien Springs as the district champions in the CC division.
