Wayland High School graduate Dahlia Terry has received a $1,000 scholarship from the Judith & Thomas Donahue/ Capital Company Endowed Scholarship in Political Science. It is awarded to junior level political science students with at least a 3.0 grade point average. It’s given to students who are most involved in political science at Saginaw Valley State University. The vice president of the Young Republicans group at SVSU, Dahlia was one of three students who earned the honor.
