Wayland High School graduate Natisha Foster (center), Michigan State University Emergency Manager, was named the 2025 Michigan Professional Emergency Manager (PEM) of the Year. With more than a decade of experience in emergency management, Ms. Foster has strengthened preparedness, planning, training, and response capabilities at MSU and across the state. She is tyhe former Natisha Adams.
