With 21 points in Central Michigan’s 71-61 win Saturday over Eastern Michigan, Presley Hudson (2,023) surpassed Crystal Bradford (2,006) to become CMU’s all-time career scoring leader. She also holds the Chippewas’ record for career assists and three-point field goals and the single game scoring record (43 points). Hudson, daughter of Wayland High School head varsity basketball coach Mike Hudson, is a 2015 graduate of WHS, where she was all-state and runner-up in the Miss Basketball balloting statewide that year.
