WHS staff giving robotics team a sendoff to a ‘T’

Wayland Union High School staff members surprised the Robotics team by purchasing T-shirts. They raised $512 for the team to attend the World Championship competition April 26-28 in Detroit. The kids had no idea of the shirt sale and thought they were going to an early morning meeting. They were surprised with applause and cheers from staff all wearing their shirts.
