WHS students American Chemical Society exam finalists

Wayland High School students in AP and organic chemistry classes took a preliminary test provided by the American Chemical Society, offered to all students in Kalamazoo, Allegan and VanBuren counties. Wayland has six students who are finalists, invited to take a second chemistry test April 22 to compete for money — anything from $50 to $700.
