The Wayland boys’ varsity bowling team Wednesday afternoon added another win, this one a 30-0 shutout over the Wyoming Wolves.
The Wildcats started the day with a sweep of the Baker games and then kept up the winning the rest of the way.
In posting Baker scores of 177 and 174,Jayse Henkel and Wil Dewing both filled three out of four frames. Louie Harnish went four for four and Kyle VanEss added five for five.
Up 10-0, the ‘Cats the remaining 20 points in the dual match.
Jayse Henkel rolled games of 192 and 167. Wil Dewing rolled 158 Trevin Berens rolled 159. Louie Harnish had 177 and 179. Dominik Baker rolled 170 and 190 Kyle VanEss rolled 190 and 195.
Meanwhile, the Lady Wildcats also had not trouble rolling past Wyoming, which didn’t sport a full team.
The ladies came away with a 29-1 victory.
“‘This group of ladies are improving every match an are doing a great job. It was another total team effort as all the ladies made great contributions,” said coach Eric Bottrall.
High game for the ladies was Haven Baker at 162.
