The Wayland High School boys’ varsity tennis team had its overall season record evened at 1-1 with an 8-0 loss Tuesday to nonleague opponent Hamilton.
Coach Cheri Ritz commented that the first doubles team of Jackson Chesley and Elijah Dollarhide played well for the Wildcats.
Wayland will resume play on Tuesday afternoon, Sept 3, on the home courts against Otsego.
