In what used to be called the Gun Lake Invitational, now the Coach B (Tammy Benjamin) competition, the contest was limited to six teams because of wet and rainy conditions.

Wayland boys placed fourth with 95 point. Caledonia won the meet with 33.

The Lady Wildcats were sixth with 115 points in a competition won by the Grand Rapids Track Club Peregrines.

Dylan Pallett fifth in 17:31.79, Isaac Dyer eighth in 17:38.02, Mason Fein 34th in 19:33, Ethan Manning 48th and Jude VanderWeide 63rd.

Elliot Antel was 17th in 21:53.9, Megan Stack 48th, Sarah Osborn 58th, Kylie Perez 82nd, Alyssa Lawrence 86th.
