Your school bond dollars at work on high school roof

Sometimes when there is road construction, the sign says, “Your tax dollars at work.” That sign could be modified at Wayland High School to say, “Your bond levy dollars at work.” Construction workers this week began working on the roof at the high school, doing necessary repairs and preparing for the extension that will accommodate the new pool. The bond for almost $50 million was approved last May by voters in the school district.
