Wayland will be represented by three players and its coach WEDNESDAY, July 13, in a Division 2 all-star softball game at Davenport University, beginning at 10 a.m.

Coach Cheri Ritz will join first sacker Emma Tornes, pitcher Emma Ludema and catcher Kennedy Cole on one of the two teams doing battle.

Ritz and her Wildcats finished the regular season with an overall record of 37-2, losing for the second straight year to the state champion in extra innings.
