The Wayland High School girls’ soccer team girls came back from spring break sluggishness in an early start to win 3-0 on the road against Allendale Monday afternoon.
Junior Ali Cutler came up with a hat trick, scoring all three goals for the Wildcats, with Haley Thelen assisting on two. The defense and Hannah Anderson combined for their third shutout of the season with Hannah making six saves in route to the win.
The win brings the girls’ record to 3-2 with a big conference home game Thursday against South Christian.
