Martin girls dominated the distance running events, but Delton Kellogg regardless pulled out a 72-60 dual meet victory Wednesday afternoon.
The Martin boys had a tougher day, losing 100-37 to the Panthers.
Sophomore Torryn Harris took seconds behind Summer Ritchie in the 100- and 200-meter dashes, but came back to win the 400 in 1:05.7. Teammate Sara Schipper was second.
Emily King won the 800-meter run and freshman Veyda Conley pulled off a couple of firsts, in the 1600 meters and 3200 meters. Her 5:50.91 clocking wasn’t really challenged in the 1600.
Conley was part of the winning 3200 relay with Emily King, Lily Stocking and Kayden Jager.
Schipper was the only trackster to score in the pole vault by clearing 6-0.
Makala Goddard likewise was runner-up in both hurdles, the 100-meter highs and 300-meter intermediates.
For the guys, the 1600-meter relay team checked in first at 4:07.7 with Logan Kent, Kyle Fennema, Seth Toris and Gavin Meyers.
Meyers, Toris, Tagen Harris and Alex Morin hooked up to win the 3200 relay.
