Briana Thurston, a key member of the resurgent Wayland High School girls’ varsity basketball team last winter, has signed a letter of intent to continue playing hoops for Alpena Community College Lumberjacks. The Lady Wildcats came up with a 14-9 overall record in the 2019-20 season.
