Five members of the Hopkins varsity softball team have been named to the O-K Silver All-Conference team, two of them freshmen, two seniors and a sophomore.

The seniors were Emily Dimock and Sierra Smith. Smith was the No. 2 pitcher and second leading hitter for average on the team.

Peyton Roxbury was the sophomore. Freshmen Lyla Reynolds, catcher and leading hitter, and ace pitcher Hannah Brinks also were selected.

Freshmen Ava Vanderkolk and Megan Schwartz also earned honorable mention accolades.

The Vikings finished the overall season at 22-10 and were runner-up to Calvin Christian in league play.
