The Hopkins boys’ varsity basketball team hopes to get back on the winning track at home Friday evening against O-K Silver Conference rival Belding.
The Vikings absorbed their fifth defeat in their last six contests, a 63-52 defeat at Plainwell. They started the season with a 6-1 record, but since getting past state-ranked Tri-UnityChristian earlier this month, they’ve won only once in six outings.
Hopkins owns a 7-6 overall record and is 2-4 in the very competitive O-K Silver Conference.
