Hopkins High School grad on Davenport 7th place relay team

Kennedy Miedema of Dorr, a 2015 graduate of Hopkins High School, was a member of the Davenport University distance medley relay quartet that finished in seventh place with a time of 12:53.25 in the Great Lake Intercollegiate Athletic Association track meet last week. The squad consisted of Miedema, a junior middle distance runner and hurdler, Kelly Weighmink, Laine Switzer and Olivia Bordewyk.
