The Hopkins varsity softball team dropped a nonleague contest Saturday at Grand Haven, 11-4.

The Lady Vikings, with the defeat, saw their overall season record slip to 11-6.

A seven-run fourth inning made all the difference for Grand Haven,

Hailey Burch threw four innings gave up 10 hits, two walks. Kelsey Dusseau threw two innings in relief, giving up a hit and striking out one.
On the offensive side, Courtney Dusseau and Mikayla Bulich both had two hits.
