The Hopkins girls’ varsity basketball team Tuesday night beat Comstock Park, 59-48, to bounce back from Friday’s disappointing loss to Hamilton.
The Lady Vikings were led by freshman Mady Weber, who tallied 18 points and gathered nine rebounds. Junior Olivia Sebright added 17 points and nine rebounds and senior guard Evangelina Helderop chipped in with 11 points and six assists.
The Vikings, now 3-1 overall, will play at 5-0 Wayland Thursday night and will entertain Allendale Friday night before taking the holiday break.
