The Hopkins girls’ varsity basketball team concluded its regular season Thursday evening on its home court with a 42-34 victory over Grand Rapids Covenant Christian.
The Lady Vikings finished the regular campaign with an overall record of 12-8 and will take on Wayland (12-8) at 6 p.m. Monday in the opening round of the Division 2 tournament at South Christian High School.

MaxPreps said Covenant won 37-35. I was at Dorr Township Board meeting and had no way of knowing except to scour the Internet. It really hurts my publication that the coach doesn’t bother to inform me.
